FAQ: Can I reassign Kadeck Desktop licenses?

Multiple licenses of Kadeck Desktop can be purchased, but there are some things to consider depending on the variant (Desktop Professional or Business).

Desktop Professional

With Kadeck Desktop Professional, a license is assigned to a single person. If this person leaves the company or the team and no longer uses Kadeck, the license cannot be reassigned.
If multiple Kadeck Desktop Professional licenses are purchased using the same email address (= user account), there will be no separate license keys created. The quota of possible activations only increases for the license key assigned to the user account. So you will not receive a separate mail with a new license key.

Desktop Business

With Kadeck Desktop Business, if a person who has been assigned a license leaves the company or team and thus no longer needs Kadeck, the license can be transferred to another person.
Only one transfer per month is possible.
